Продажа образовательных программ и услуг всех направлений учебного центра Азимут корпоративным и частным клиентам. Активно искать и привлекать корпоративных клиентов: выходить на лиц, принимающих решения, проводить исходящие звонки, вести деловую переписку и переговоры. Обрабатывать входящие обращения организаций и частных клиентов: выяснять потребности, консультировать по программам и подбирать подходящее обучение. Готовить коммерческие предложения, рассчитывать стоимость по действующим условиям центра, согласовывать с клиентами объём, сроки и формат обучения. Развивать действующую клиентскую базу: поддерживать контакт с заказчиками, выявлять новые потребности, организовывать повторные продажи и предлагать дополнительные программы. Сопровождать сделки до оплаты и передачи заявки на обучение: согласовывать договоры, контролировать выставление счетов и поступление оплаты, передавать договорённости сотрудникам, организующим обучение. Работать с тендерами и крупными заказчиками: отслеживать подходящие закупки, изучать условия и участвовать в подготовке заявок и предложений совместно с руководителем. Вести клиентскую базу и учёт сделок, фиксировать договорённости и следующие действия, предоставлять отчётность по результатам работы и выполнять согласованный план продаж.

Грамотная устная и письменная речь, умение внимательно слушать клиента, задавать вопросы и понятно объяснять предложение. Готовность к активному поиску клиентов и исходящим звонкам. Умение поддерживать деловой разговор, обсуждать возражения и договариваться о следующем шаге. Уверенное владение компьютером: электронная почта, текстовые документы, Excel или Google Таблицы. Способность осваивать новые рабочие инструменты. Самостоятельность и организованность: умение планировать работу, соблюдать сроки, фиксировать договорённости и доводить задачи до результата. Внимательность при подготовке предложений, расчёте стоимости и работе с данными клиентов. Готовность изучать программы учебного центра, разбираться в потребностях заказчиков и развивать навыки продаж. Опыт продаж, работы с корпоративными клиентами или участия в тендерах будет преимуществом. Рассматриваем кандидатов с небольшим опытом. Для нас важны инициативность, способность учиться и готовность отвечать за результат своей работы. Работа в офисе учебного центра в Уфе.
