Рассматриваем мобильных кандидатов, т.е. готовых переехать в любой город, где представлены гипермаркеты Лемана ПРО ЮФО, ЦФО ЧЕМ ПРЕДСТОИТ ЗАНИМАТЬСЯ: Оценка и реализация потенциала территории охвата; Анализ показателей эффективности бизнеса и продаж, каскадирование целей на команду; Формирование стратегии развития проектно-объектных продаж; Выстраивание долгосрочных партнерских отношений с клиентами; Развитие, управление командой и процессами продаж; ТРЕБОВАНИЯ: Опыт работы на рынке B2B от 1 года; Знание строительного рынка*; Навык работы с аналитикой, опыт принятия решений на основе данных; Опыт ведения переговоров с ЛПР от 1 года; Опыт сопровождения команды на территории клиента от 1 года; Готовность переехать в любой город, где представлены гипермаркеты Лемана ПРО ЮФО, ЦФО; Будет являться вашим преимуществом: Опыт работы в B2B-продажах строительного сегмента. УСЛОВИЯ: Фиксированный оклад с 1-го дня работы; График работы 5/2 (по 8 часов), выходные сб и вс; Совокупный уровень дохода от 142 800 руб/мес. (до вычета налога): оклад от 116 000 до 167 000 руб/мес.
