Мы ищем целеустремлённого Менеджера по оптовым продажам, который станет связующим звеном между нашей экспертизой и теми, кому она жизненно необходима. Это возможность строить карьеру в социально ответственной компании, где ваш доход напрямую зависит от ваших усилий. Что мы предлагаем: Стабильность и доход: Конкурентоспособная з/п. Оклад + прозрачный % от продаж. Средний доход менеджера — 160 000 ₽. График: 5/2, с 9:00 до 18:00. Работа в офисе (м. Текстильщики, всего 5 минут пешком от метро). Официально: Полное оформление по ТК РФ с первого дня. Окружение: Команда профессионалов разного профиля. Мы поддерживаем инициативу и даем возможности для роста. Готовы помочь и обучить. Продукт: Вы будете продавать то, чем можно гордиться (социально значимый продукт). Чем предстоит заниматься: Развитие: Поиск новых партнеров (B2B) для расширения клиентской базы и работа с действующими клиентами. Экспертиза: Презентация и консультирование по продукции, участие в профильных выставках, подготовка коммерческих предложений. Коммуникация: Активная работа с разными каналами (телефон, почта, мессенджеры). Сопровождение: Ведение сделки под ключ (от решения вопросов клиента до контроля доставки и оплаты). Аналитика: Мониторинг конкурентов и подготовка отчетов о проделанной работе. Мобильность: Периодические командировки в другие города (возможность посмотреть страну за счет компании). Мы ждем от кандидата: Опыт: Аналогичный опыт работы от 1 года (желателен в сегменте обувь, медицина или товары для здоровья). Технологии: Уверенный пользователь ПК. Знание 1С и Битрикс 24 (CRM) будет вашим преимуществом. Навыки: Грамотная устная и письменная речь, умение вести переговоры и выстраивать долгосрочные отношения с партнерами.
