Кого мы ищем: Мы ищем не продажника вообще, а человека, который умеет говорить с инженерами и снабженцами на одном языке, держит в голове сотни позиций и доводит сделку от первого звонка до отгрузки. Если вы читаете чертёж и понимаете, чем подшипник отличается от втулки, вы нам нужны. Чем предстоит заниматься: Холодный и тёплый обзвон, выход на ЛПР (включая обход секретаря). Выставление КП и счетов, ведение сделки до оплаты и отгрузки. Документооборот по продажам. Приёмка и отгрузка товара. Расширение ассортимента поставляемой продукции у существующих покупателей. Ведение отчетности о проделанной работе.

Что для нас принципиально важно Опыт B2B-продаж от 1 года. Промышленность, масла, смазочные материалы, оборудование, запчасти, любые комплектующие большой плюс. Грамотная деловая речь устная и письменная. Вы пишете КП без ошибок и умеете говорить с директором по снабжению. Свободное владение ПК: MS Office, 1С или аналогичные CRM/ERP. Быстро осваиваете новые программы. Понимание как работают механизмы, узлы и оборудование. Или способность быстро разобраться. Работа с большими объёмами информации: умеете структурировать данные, не теряетесь в номенклатуре и прайсах. Высокая коммуникабельность: ясно выражаете мысли, умеете разрешать конфликтные ситуации, не боитесь отказов. И самое важное: Самодисциплина и нацеленность на результат. Вам не нужен надзиратель вам нужен заработок.
