Вакансия компании "ТЕПЛЫЙ ДОМ ИНВЕТА" Наша Компания занимается монтажом водяного тёплого пола, отопления и водоснабжения в частных домах Екатеринбурга и области. Привет! Это «Теплый дом Инвета» из Екатеринбурга. Мы делаем под ключ отопление, тёплые полы, котельные и водоснабжение в частных домах - с гарантией до 5 лет и бесплатным выездом инженера. Заявок становится больше, и нам нужен человек, который станет первым голосом компании: быстро перезвонит клиенту, разберётся, что ему нужно, и запишет на встречу с инженером. Обязанности: Что будете делать: - Перезванивать по свежим заявкам с наших сайтов в течение 15 минут; - По готовому скрипту выяснять, что нужно клиенту: дом, площадь, отопление, сроки; - Отправлять предварительную смету и записывать на бесплатный выезд инженера; - Напоминать клиенту о встрече накануне; - Созваниваться с клиентами, которые отложили монтаж «до весны»; - Вести клиентов в Битрикс24 и переписываться в Max и WhatsApp. Требования: Что нужно от вас: - Опыт активных продаж по телефону от 6 месяцев — лучше назначение встреч или замеров; - Грамотная, живая речь; - Уверенная работа в CRM (Битрикс24, amoCRM) или готовность освоить её за день; - Ноутбук, гарнитура, стабильный интернет и тихое место для звонков. Условия: Что получаете: - Доход за результат; - Удалённая работа, 4 часа в день по времени Екатеринбурга (МСК+2), смену согласуем. С января можно перейти на полный день по желанию и больший доход; - Тёплые заявки и понятный продукт. Отопление нужно каждому, кто строит дом; - Всё готово для работы. Скрипты, анкета, регламенты и калькулятор сметы — ничего не нужно изобретать; - Обучение и наставник на старте. За 2 недели разберётесь в отоплении настолько, чтобы уверенно говорить с клиентом; - Прозрачность. Свой заработок видите каждый день в отчёте.
