Мы ищем Digital & IT Manager — специалиста, который будет отвечать за рекламное направление и координацию IT-инфраструктуры онлайн-витрины производства мебели на заказ для бизнеса. Нам нужен человек, который понимает, как работает интернет-маркетинг и реклама, ориентируется в IT-среде и способен самостоятельно координировать внешних специалистов. Важная часть роли — связывать бизнес и техническую команду: понимать суть вопроса, оценивать варианты решения и согласовывать их с руководством. Обязанности: Маркетинг и реклама Контроль и развитие рекламных кампаний в Яндекс Директ. Анализ эффективности рекламных кампаний и ключевых показателей. Формирование гипотез и предложений по улучшению рекламных активностей. Контроль работы рекламных подрядчиков. IT-инфраструктура Участие в структурировании и развитии IT-инфраструктуры онлайн-витрины. Поиск и выбор IT-подрядчиков. Постановка задач и контроль сроков и результатов их работы. Координация решения технических вопросов, связанных с сайтом, доменами, хостингом, DNS, SSL, электронной почтой, базами данных и внешними сервисами. Выявление технических проблем и рисков и организация их устранения. Работа с бизнесом Взаимосвязь с руководством по работе IT-инфраструктуры, техническим ограничениям и возможным решениям. Подготовка предложений по развитию IT с учетом задач бизнеса. Самостоятельное ведение задач от постановки до результата. Требования: Опыт работы в интернет-маркетинге / digital от 2–3 лет. Практический опыт работы с Яндекс Директ. Понимание основных рекламных показателей и принципов оценки эффективности рекламы. Общее понимание принципов работы IT-систем и веб-инфраструктуры: сайт, домен, хостинг, DNS, SSL, электронная почта, базы данных, внешние сервисы и их взаимосвязь. Опыт работы с внешними подрядчиками. Хорошие аналитические и организационные навыки. Умение самостоятельно разбираться в новых вопросах и находить решения. Умение объяснять техническую информацию людям без IT-бэкграунда. Инициативность и высокая степень самостоятельности. Будет плюсом Опыт работы с сайтами, интернет-магазинами или B2B онлайн-витринами. Опыт работы с веб-аналитикой и CRM. Опыт координации разработки или технической поддержки веб-проектов. Мы не ищем разработчика или системного администратора. Важно понимать, как устроена IT-инфраструктура веб-проекта, уметь работать с техническими подрядчиками и контролировать их работу. При этом специалист должен самостоятельно разбираться в эффективности рекламы, видеть возможности для улучшения и связывать digital-активности с бизнес-задачами. Нам важны системность, инициативность, аналитическое мышление и способность доводить задачи до результата.
