Развивать локальный бренд работодателя: Формировать позитивный образ компании среди местного населения. Это не просто реклама вакансий, а системная работа по созданию репутации нашего работодателя, который создает рабочие места, инвестирует в регион и заботится о людях. Разрабатывать и реализовывать стратегию популяризации компании в сельских поселениях. Усиливать найм местного населения: Анализировать текущие инструменты привлечения и пересматривать подходы к коммуникации в конкретных селах и районах. Определять, какие каналы и форматы действительно работают в этой среде и внедрять их. Управлять проектами по развитию территорий (Community Relations): Выстраивать системную работу по взаимодействию с локальными сообществами (администрации, школы, местные лидеры мнений). Организовывать мероприятия и спецпроекты, которые рассказывают о социальных инициативах компании, переобучении сотрудников и помощи региону. Создавать контент для внутренней и внешней аудитории: Совместно с командами PR и ВКМ формировать истории и кейсы о добрых делах компании, адаптируя их для восприятия местными жителями. Выступать связующим звеном между рекрутментом (потребность в людях) и PR (формирование репутации). Проводить исследования и аудит: Изучать опыт успешный других компаний по работе с сообществами. Собирать обратную связь от местных жителей и кандидатов, чтобы понимать, какие стереотипы мешают нам, а какие факторы мотивируют людей приходить. Синхронизировать усилия команд: Координировать совместные инициативы с подразделениями подбора, внутренних коммуникаций и PR, чтобы обеспечивать единое позиционирование бренда для всех уровней кандидатов.

Опыт работы в HR-маркетинге, PR или Community Relations от 5-ти лет. Понимание специфики коммуникации с аудиторией в регионах / на локальных территориях (в отличие от столичных городов). Предпринимательский склад ума: умеет тестировать гипотезы, быстро перестраиваться, если инструмент не работает, и находить нестандартные подходы к продвижению. Проактивность, готовность брать на себя ответственность за формирование имиджа компании на местах, внимательность к деталям и нацеленность на измеримый результат (закрытие вакансий местными жителями, рост узнаваемости в целевых селах).
