- осуществлять проверку первичных учетных документов по проведенным операциям исправления ошибок прошлых лет, межотчетного периода в отношении полноты и правильности заполнения, наличия оснований для проведения указанных операций; - проверять своевременность и достоверность отражения в учете финансово-хозяйственных операций на основании предоставленных (сформированных) первичных учетных документов; - формировать отчетность, в составе и порядке предусмотренном приказами Минфина России от 28 декабря 2010 года № 191н Об утверждении Инструкции о порядке составления и представления годовой, квартальной и месячной отчетности об исполнении бюджетов бюджетной системы Российской Федерации, от 25 марта 2011 года № 33н Об утверждении Инструкции о порядке составления, представления годовой, квартальной бухгалтерской отчетности государственных (муниципальных) бюджетных и автономных учреждений, департаментом финансов автономного округа, финансовыми органами муниципальных образований, которым предоставляется отчетность субъекта централизованного учета; - осуществлять счетную и логическую проверку правильности формирования числовых показателей отчетов, входящих в состав отчетности, составленных в программном продукте, установленном департаментом финансов автономного округа для формирования консолидированной отчетности об исполнении окружного бюджета; - проводить камеральную проверку бухгалтерской отчетности подведомственных учреждений субъекта централизованного учета, в порядке, установленном единой учетной политикой; - формировать текстовую часть Пояснительной записки (ф.0503160) и Пояснительной записки (ф.0503760) в соответствии с единой учетной политикой и учетной политикой учреждения; - формировать и представлять в соответствующие органы дополнительные формы отчетности, составленные на основании данных бухгалтерского учета, пояснения к ним; - предоставлять отчетность субъекту централизованного учета для ознакомления, согласования и подписания в порядке и сроки, установленные единой учетной политикой; - осуществлять предоставление консолидированной бюджетной (бухгалтерской) отчетности в департамент финансов автономного округа, в установленные им сроки; - формировать дополнительные аналитические формы, необходимые для обеспечения исполнения должностных обязанностей и более эффективной организации своей работы, проводить анализ данных бухгалтерского учета, влияющих на достоверность отчетности, участвовать в определении содержания основных приемов и методов ведения учета и технологии обработки бухгалтерской информации;

Наличие высшего профессионального образования или высшего образования (непрофильного) и дополнительного профессионального образования - программы профессиональной переподготовки. Наличие не менее трех лет стажа бухгалтерско-финансовой работы.
