Инженер II категории: - осуществляет ведение в отделе банка данных о состоянии и техническом уровне автомобильных дорог и сооружений на них, их инженерном оборудовании и обустройстве; - осуществляет сбор объективной информации о состоянии и техническом уровне автомобильных дорог, их инженерном оборудовании и обустройстве, наличии участков автодорог, не соответствующих нормативным требованиям (местах их расположения, протяжённости, степени и основных причинах несоответствия); - осуществляет подготовку необходимой информации для разработки планов работ на очередной год и перспективных программ по содержанию федеральных автомобильных дорог, разработки целевых программ; - осуществляет надзор за эксплуатационным состоянием дорог, допустимому по условиям обеспечения безопасности дорожного движения; - осуществляет подготовку федеральных автомобильных дорог к эксплуатации в зимний период года, в период прохождения паводка, а также к пожароопасному сезону; - осуществляет анализ транспортно-эксплуатационного состояния и уровня содержания по результатам приёмки работ; - осуществляет подготовку информации о подрядных организациях, не обеспечивших требуемый уровень содержания федеральных автомобильных дорог, и передаёт её в юридический отдел для применения штрафных санкций; - осуществляет подготовку информации другим работникам отдела для составления форм государственных статистических наблюдений, ведомственных отчётов; - принимает объемы выполненных работ, проверяет и оформляет соответствующие акты формы, справки. Ведет и хранит исполнительную документацию (в том числе формы КС-6, реестры, акты проверки уровня содержания, дефектные ведомости и прочую документацию отдела); - ведет, учитывает и контролирует исполнение подрядными организациями гарантийных обязательств.

ВПО (техническое, по направлению деятельности учреждения) и стаж работы в должности инженера в области дорожного строительства или других инженерно-технических должностях, замещаемых специалистами с высшим профессиональным образованием, не менее 3 лет.
