Мы развиваем Тревел-портал Банка — сервис, который позволяет пользователям покупать авиабилеты и ЖД билеты, бронировать отели и туры в одном месте. Ищем стажёра, который будет помогать развивать продукт, улучшать пользовательский опыт и влиять на ключевые продуктовые метрики. Обязанности: Участие в развитии пользовательских сценариев (поиск, покупка билетов, бронирование) Анализ CJM и выявление точек роста в воронке (поиск → выбор → оплата) Сбор и анализ обратной связи пользователей Помощь в формировании продуктовых требований и бэклога Участие в анализе продуктовых метрик (конверсии, retention, LTV) Подготовка аналитических материалов и презентаций Взаимодействие с командами разработки, маркетинга и партнёрами (OTA, поставщики контента) Требования Обучение в одном из ведущих вузов (ВШЭ, МФТИ, МГУ, СПбГУ, ИТМО или зарубежные университеты) Опыт стажировок или учебных проектов в продукте / аналитике / IT / консалтинге Базовое понимание продуктового подхода: метрики, гипотезы, CJM Интерес к развитию digital-сервисов, особенно в travel / e-commerce Сильное аналитическое мышление и умение структурировать информацию Уверенные навыки работы с презентациями Проактивность и хорошие коммуникативные навыки Будет плюсом Участие в кейс-чемпионатах (Changellenge, Cup Russia и др.) Опыт стажировок в tech / e-commerce / финтехе Базовые навыки работы с данными (Excel / Google Sheets, SQL — как плюс) Понимание воронок и пользовательского поведения в онлайн-сервисах Интерес к travel-индустрии Идеальный кандидат Хочет развиваться в классическом продуктовом направлении Интересуется e-commerce, маркетплейсами и пользовательскими воронками Любит работать с метриками и улучшать конверсии
