Цифровая платформа, команда, склад и логистика работают как единый процесс. Обязанности: - Закупка IT-оборудования и программного обеспечения (ПО). - Работа со спецификациями и Техническими заданиями на сетевое, телекоммуникационное, серверное, персональное оборудование и ПО. - Подбор аналогов. - Поиск новых поставщиков и производителей, развитие партнерских отношений, достижение выгодных условий сотрудничества, контроль соблюдения партнерских, лицензионных, нормативных условий со стороны поставщиков. - Оптимизация процесса закупок. - Заключение договоров с поставщиками и производителями. - Выбор поставщиков с оптимальными условиями поставки на конкурсной основе с соблюдением регламентов компании. - Получение дополнительных скидок, ценовых преференций, расширение кредитных линий. - Отслеживание и контроль поставок товара. Требования: - Высшее образование. - Опыт работы в области закупок IT-оборудования (активное сетевое оборудования, сервера, ПК, мониторы, ARM, печатное оборудование) и программного обеспечения от года. - Базовые технические знания IT-оборудования. - Компьютерная грамотность, навыки работы в ERP, CRM системах, знание документооборота закупочной деятельности. - Финансовая грамотность. Условия: - График работы: 5/2, с 9:00 до 18:00 (по договоренности возможен график с 10:00 до 19:00). - Место работы: г. Москва, БЦ НЕО ГЕО, ул. Бутлерова, д. 17 - Официальное трудоустройство по ТК РФ. Гибкий график, возможность частичной удаленной работы. Корпоративное обучение и онбординг. Молодая и активная команда. Карьерный рост внутри компании.
