Обязанности: Отвечает за технологическое развитие и бесперебойную работу продукта. В его обязанности входят: Разработка и реализация IT‑стратегии для мобильного приложения с учётом бизнес‑целей компании Управление жизненным циклом приложения: от проектирования архитектуры до поддержки и обновлений Координация работы команд: разработчиков (iOS/Android), тестировщиков, дизайнеров, DevOps‑инженеров Контроль качества кода и соблюдение стандартов разработки (Code Review, CI/CD) Обеспечение производительности и стабильности приложения: мониторинг, оптимизация нагрузки, устранение узких мест Организация процесса тестирования: юнит‑тесты, интеграционные тесты, UI‑тесты, нагрузочное тестирование Управление релизным циклом: планирование спринтов, релизных окон, A/B‑тестов Обеспечение информационной безопасности: защита данных пользователей, соответствие GDPR/152‑ФЗ, пентесты, устранение уязвимостей Интеграция с бэкенд‑сервисами и сторонними API (платежи, аналитика, push‑уведомления и т. д.) Внедрение и поддержка систем аналитики (Firebase, AppMetrica, Mixpanel) для отслеживания метрик: DAU/WAU, Retention, CR, LTV Оптимизация пользовательского опыта (UX) на основе данных аналитики и обратной связи Контроль бюджета IT‑направления: планирование затрат на инфраструктуру, лицензии, аутсорс Мониторинг трендов мобильной разработки и внедрение перспективных технологий (AI/ML, AR, кроссплатформенные решения) Подготовка технической документации и отчётов для руководства Взаимодействие с другими отделами: продуктом, маркетингом, поддержкой для согласования технических требований и решений Требования: Образование: высшее техническое (информационные технологии, программирование, прикладная математика). Опыт работы: от 5 лет в IT, из них не менее 3 лет на руководящей позиции (Team Lead, Tech Lead, CTO или IT‑директор). Технический бэкграунд: - понимание архитектуры мобильных приложений (MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture) - опыт работы с платформами iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) и Android (Kotlin/Java) - знание кроссплатформенных фреймворков (React Native, Flutter) преимущество - опыт работы с облачными платформами (AWS, GCP, Azure) - навыки работы с базами данных (SQL, NoSQL) - понимание принципов DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD‑пайплайны) - опыт работы с Agile/Scrum/Kanban, Jira, Confluence, GitLab Лидерские качества: умение мотивировать команду, делегировать задачи, разрешать конфликты Аналитическое мышление: способность анализировать данные, выявлять проблемы и предлагать решения Коммуникация: чёткое изложение технических идей для нетехнических специалистов Английский язык: Upper‑Intermediate и выше для чтения документации и переговоров с вендорами Знание нормативной базы: основы защиты данных (GDPR, 152‑ФЗ), лицензионные соглашения Условия: Формат работы: офис/гибрид/удалённо (по согласованию) График: полный рабочий день, возможны периодические переработки в пиковые периоды (релизы, инциденты) Зарплата: конкурентоспособная, обсуждается по итогам собеседования (оклад + KPI/бонусы за достижение ключевых метрик приложения)
