Τεχνικό Υπολογιστών & Δικτύων (IT Support Technician)

Περιγραφή Θέσης:

Στον Όμιλό μας, η τεχνολογία βρίσκεται στην καρδιά κάθε μαθήματος, κάθε εργαστηρίου και κάθε εμπειρίας των φοιτητών μας. Ψάχνουμε έναν/μία επαγγελματία που θα κρατά τα συστήματά μας σε άριστη λειτουργία και θα είναι το πρώτο σημείο αναφοράς για κάθε τεχνική ανάγκη.

Τι θα κάνεις

  • Θα παρέχεις τεχνική υποστήριξη στους χρήστες μέσω του Service Desk, επιλύοντας προβλήματα υλικού και λογισμικού γρήγορα και αποτελεσματικά.
  • Θα υποστηρίζεις τη λειτουργία του δικτύου (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP) και των τηλεφωνικών συστημάτων VoIP.
  • Θα συμβάλλεις στη συνεχή βελτίωση των υποδομών και των διαδικασιών IT του Ομίλου.

Requirements

Τι χρειάζεσαι για να πετύχεις

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ, ΤΕΙ ή ΙΕΚ στην Πληροφορική.
  • Καλή γνώση τεχνικής υποστήριξης δικτύων (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Ευχέρεια στην επίλυση προβλημάτων υλικού και λογισμικού.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής, γραπτά και προφορικά.
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις, για τους άνδρες υποψηφίους.

Θα σε ξεχωρίσει αν έχεις

  • Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε οργανωμένο περιβάλλον.
  • Εμπειρία στην υποστήριξη χρηστών μέσω Service Desk.
  • Εξοικείωση με τις αρχές και τις διαδικασίες ITIL.
  • Εμπειρία σε περιβάλλοντα με τηλεφωνικά συστήματα VoIP.
  • Διάθεση να παρακολουθείς συνεχώς τις εξελίξεις στους υπολογιστές και τα δίκτυα.

  • Έχεις πάθος για την Πληροφορική και τις νέες τεχνολογίες.
  • Σε ενδιαφέρει να προσφέρεις ποιοτική εξυπηρέτηση στους συναδέλφους σου.
  • Είσαι οργανωτικός/ή και ξέρεις να βάζεις προτεραιότητες.
  • Δουλεύεις εξίσου καλά αυτόνομα και σε ομάδα.
  • Επικοινωνείς με ευγένεια και σαφήνεια, ακόμη και σε στιγμές πίεσης.
