медицинское обследование доноров крови и (или) ее компонентов, определение вида и объема донации, наличие медицинских противопоказаний к донации; ведение медицинской и учетно-отчетной документации, в том числе в форме электронного документа ЕИБД АИСТ организация и контроль заготовки и переработки донорской крови и ее компонентов; взаимодействие с медицинскими организациями по вопросам трансфузионной терапии и выдачи компонентов крови; взаимодействие со структурными подразделениями ЛПУ Камчатского края; управление средним и младшим медицинским персоналом; умение работать на аппаратах цитаплазмафереза (Haemonetics PCS,MCS); непосредственное выполнение или руководство процедурой забора крови и ее компонентов с соблюдением правил асептики и антисептики; применение методов дополнительной обработки заготовленной крови: лейкоредукция (фильтрация лейкоцитов), отмывание эритроцитов, пулирование (объединение доз), карантинизация свежезамороженной плазмы; Контроль показателей безопасности и качества заготовленных компонентов крови Формирование неснижаемого запаса компонентов крови различных групп и резус-принадлежностей; Ведение статистической отчетности по профилю деятельности отделения заготовки. высшее образование специалитет по специальности "Лечебное дело" или "Педиатрия" и подготовка по ординатуре по специальности Трансфузиология или специалитет по специальности "Лечебное дело" или "Педиатрия", подготовка в интернатуре и(или) ординатуре по одной из специальностей: Акушерство и гинекология, Анестезиология-реаниматология, Детская онкология, Детская хирургия, Гематология, Общая врачебная практика (семейная медицина), Онкология, Педиатрия, Терапия, Хирургия и дополнительное профессиональное образование программы профессиональной переподготовки по специальности Трансфузиология; действующее свидетельство об аккредитации специалиста по специальности Трансфузиология .
