Балетмейстер в рамках своих должностных обязанностей: 1. Осуществляет выпуск новых и возобновление ранее созданных танцевальных программ 2. Обеспечивает высокий идейно-художественный уровень порученных ему постановок, выпускает их в пределах предусмотренных сроков и затрат 3. Организует работу по подготовке и выпуску танцевальных программ. Планирует репетиционный процесс. Планирует тематические занятия. Проводит репетиции. Осуществляет постановку танцев и музыкальных программ. Вводит новых исполнителей в программы, участвует в формировании хореографического репертуара. 4. Ведет в коллективе регулярную творческую и учебно-воспитательную работу на основе утвержденных планов работы; 5. Представляет директору учреждения предложения по формированию составов постановочных групп и исполнителей; 6. Принимает участие в мероприятиях учреждения, в том числе выездных мероприятиях. 7.Участвует в разработке и составлении сценариев, тематических программ 8. Контролирует качество исполнения танцевальных программ на концертах, конкурсах, выездных мероприятиях и т.д. 9. Выполняет задания заведующего по художественной-постановочной части, связанные с производственно-творческой деятельностью коллектива. 10. Совместно с участием заведующего художественно-постановочной частью балетмейстер готовит по каждому клубному формированию учебно-тематический план работы, разрабатывает рабочую программу деятельности клубного формирования, участвует в разработке Положения о клубном формировании.; 11. Ведет сбор и регистрацию заявлений участников клубного формирования; 12.Лично ведет учет работы в журнале учета работы клубного формирования; 13.Как руководитель клубного формирования, составляет и предоставляет руководству отчетность о работе клубных формирований, в том числе предоставляет годовой отчет о деятельности клубного формирования, а также другую информационную и аналитическую отчетность. 14. Соблюдает график проведения занятий клубного формирования. 15.Размещает информацию на сайте учреждения, в соц. сетях, использует исключительно отечественные многофункциональные сервисы обмена информацией, в том числе в качестве средства мгновенного обмена сообщениями в целях рабочих коммуникаций работников.

Соискатель должен владеть навыками работы на компьютере, работы в социальных сетях. Наличие опыта работы с детьми. Соискатель на должность должен обладать личностными качествами: коммуникабельностью, быть дисциплинированным, ответственным, исполнительным, инициативным, дружелюбным, опрятным и внимательным Балетмейстер должен знать: -методологию творческого процесса -основы сценического и музыкального оформления; - основы режиссуры и актерского мастерства и ее применение к хореографическому искусству; -классический и современный балетный репертуар, классическую современную и народную хореографию; - организационно-педагогические основы; -основы организации трудового законодательства; -правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности и противопожарной защиты
