1. Разрабатывать или принимать участие в разработке правовых документов Учреждения в сфере осуществления закупок товаров, работ и услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд. 2. Принимать участие в организации правовой работы в Учреждении и оказывать правовую помощь ее структурным подразделениям. 3. Участвовать в подготовке обоснованных ответов на жалобы граждан, представления прокуратуры, акты и протоколы, составленные органами исполнительной власти, запросы иных органов и учреждений. 4. Принимать участие в работе по оформлению договоров о сотрудничестве в соответствии с действующим законодательством. 5. Подготавливать совместно с другими специалистами Учреждения предложения об изменении действующих или отмене утративших силу приказов и других нормативных актов, изданных в учреждении. 6. Проводить работу по пропаганде, ознакомлению должностных лиц Учреждения с нормативными актами, относящимися к их деятельности, и с изменениями в действующем законодательстве. 7. Давать справки и консультации работникам Учреждения о текущем законодательстве, а также заключения по организационно-правовым и другим юридическим вопросам. 8. Проводить мониторинг изменений законодательства в области социального обслуживания граждан, профилактики безнадзорности и правонарушений несовершеннолетних; знакомить специалистов учреждения с актуальными изменениями в законодательстве. 9. Участвовать в разработке и осуществлении мероприятий по укреплению договорной, трудовой дисциплины, по обеспечению сохранности собственности Учреждения. 10. В соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации оформлять документы о привлечении работников к дисциплинарной и материальной ответственности. 11. Контролировать своевременность представления структурными подразделениями справок, объяснений, расчетов и других материалов для подготовки ответов на жалобы граждан, представления прокуратуры, акты и протоколы, составленные органами исполнительной власти, запросы иных органов и учреждений. 12. Систематически повышать свою квалификацию, профессиональное мастерство и уровень путем самообразования, на курсах, семинарах, вебинарах, открытых просмотрах.
