Подготовка исходных данных для составления проектов финансово-хозяйственной деятельности школы. Формирование и проверка проектов планов финансово-хозяйственной деятельности. Проведение тарификации работников, подготовка проектов тарификационных списков и штатного расписания. Расчёт материальных, трудовых и финансовых затрат, необходимых для деятельности школы. Проведение экономического анализа хозяйственно-финансовой деятельности с целью выявления внутрихозяйственных резервов, устранения потерь и непроизводительных расходов. Определение экономической эффективности организации труда, внедрения рационализаторских предложений и новых технологий Разработка мероприятий по обеспечению режима экономии и рациональному использованию ресурсов

Соискатель должен хорошо ориентироваться в нормативной базе: знать законодательные акты, постановления, приказы, методические материалы по планированию, учёту и анализу деятельности учреждения; разбираться в методах экономического анализа и учёта показателей, порядке разработки нормативов (материальных, трудовых, финансовых затрат), правилах оформления документов для договоров, порядке составления отчётности. Соискатель должен понимать основы экономики, организации производства, труда и управления, а также гражданское, финансовое, налоговое и хозяйственное законодательство
