Главный специалист отдела выполняет следующие должностные обязаности: - осуществляет деятельность в сфере профилактики безнадзорности и правонарушений несовершеннолетних, охраны прав и законных интересов детей в соответствии с законодательством, организовывать деятельность по профилактике территориальных органов Министерства, государственных учреждений Омской области, находящихся в введении Министерства труда и социального развития Омской области; - участвует в разработке и реализации комплексных программ по профилактике безнадзорности и правонарушений несовершеннолетних; - осуществляет контроль ведения единого банка данных о семьях и несовершеннолетних, находящихся в социально опасном положении; - принимает участие в подготовке и проведении семинаров, совещаний, конференций для сотрудников территориальных управлений Министерства, подведомственных учреждений, а также смотров и конкурсов по вопросам компетенции отдела; - осуществляет контроль деятельности учреждений в пределах своей компетенции, по вопросам организации социального обслуживания детей и семей с детьми, профилактики, защиты прав и законных интересов детей в соответствии с законодательством; - организовывает подготовку информационных-аналитических материалов по вопросам профилактики, охране прав и законных интересов детей; - рассматривать письменные обращения граждан, готовит по ним ответы; - осуществляет прием граждан, представителей организаций и учреждений по вопросам в части компетенции, оказывает им методическую и консультативную помощь, рассматривает предложения, заявления, принимает по ним необходимые меры в соответствии с законодательством; - вносит дополнения и изменения в действующие нормативные правовые акты по вопросам социального обслуживания детей и семей с детьми; - принимает участие в проведении комплексных и тематических проверок подведомственных учреждений. https://gossluzhba.gov.ru/vacancy/a6ed1bb7-8272-4be8-a67c-369083cbda06
