- Всячески способствовать поддержанию положительного имиджа производителя или оптового продавца товара, обеспечивать благоприятные условия для продвижения товара на потребительский рынок. - Разрабатывать стратегию и систему представления интересов организации на вверенной ему территории. - Осуществлять сбор информации, характеризующей конъюнктуру конкретного сектора рынка, анализировать тенденции развития. - Консультировать клиентов по вопросам потребительских характеристик товаров, которые способствуют удовлетворению потребностей конечных покупателей. - Осуществлять ведение и развитие существующей клиентской базы, поиск новых клиентов. - Отслеживать суммы и сроки оплаты по заключенным договорам. - Осуществлять контроль за своевременной поставкой товара в торговые точки. - Оперативно реагировать на претензии клиента по количеству и качеству поставляемого товара согласно условиям заключенных договоров. - Выявлять причины нарушений клиентами условий договоров, принимать меры по их устранению и предупреждению этих причин. - Проводит переговоры с потенциальными и существующими клиентами по вопросам заключения договоров и их выполнению. - Получать по нарядам, заявкам и другим документам товарно-материальные ценности. - Обеспечивать надлежащее оформление документации на получаемые грузы несет ответственность за документооборот между продавцом и покупателем. - В соответствии с установленным порядком выполнять работу по составлению заявок и их комплектацию. - Отправлять грузы в адрес предприятий и торговых точек, сопровождает их в пути
