Разработка планов и программ по вопросам организации досуга и отдыха молодёжи, деятельности специализированных (профильных) лагерей для молодёжи. Организация и проведение различных форм мероприятий для молодёжи: конгрессов, конференций, семинаров, выставок, олимпиад, конкурсов, проектов, стажировок. Предоставление квалифицированной помощи молодым гражданам с целью содействия их самореализации. Организация набора и комплектования групп в кружковые, секционные формирования, специализированные (профильные) лагеря с учётом индивидуальных и возрастных особенностей молодёжи. Формирование отчётов о реализации программ, проектов и мероприятий, применении мер и инструментов адресной помощи. Составление плана работы молодёжного коллектива (группы, сообщества, объединения) в соответствии с планом работы учреждения молодёжной политики и возрастными особенностями молодёжи. Ведение ежедневного общения с молодёжным коллективом по вопросам его деятельности с учётом возрастных особенностей молодёжи. Информирование участников молодёжного коллектива о системе мероприятий по молодёжной политике, в том числе с помощью современных информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Проведение консультаций для членов молодёжного коллектива с учётом возрастных особенностей молодёжи.
