The posting

Оказывать методическую и практическую помощь подведомственным учреждениям культуры города Севастополя: детским музыкальным школам, школам искусств, домам культуры, творческим коллективам. Разрабатывать методические рекомендации, программы, инструкции и регламенты для учреждений культуры региона по направлениям: музыкальное образование, концертная деятельность, фестивальные и конкурсные проекты. Организовывать и проводить семинары, мастер-классы, круглые столы, стажировки и курсы повышения квалификации для педагогов музыкальных школ, руководителей клубных формирований, режиссёров и концертмейстеров. Анализировать деятельность подведомственных учреждений: изучать учебные планы, репертуарные списки, отчётность, посещаемость; выявлять проблемы и предлагать решения. Координировать региональные проекты: фестивали, конкурсы, олимпиады, отчётные концерты, выставки творческих работ учащихся. Сопровождать их от планирования до проведения и итоговой аналитики. Формировать и поддерживать единую методическую базу центра: подборки учебных программ, авторских методик, репертуарных хрестоматий, нотных библиотек, видеоуроков, методических писем. Консультировать руководителей учреждений и педагогов по вопросам реализации дополнительных предпрофессиональных и общеразвивающих программ в области музыкального искусства (фортепиано, струнные, духовые, народные инструменты, вокал, сольфеджио, музыкальная литература). Участвовать в разработке и подаче грантовых заявок (Фонд культурных инициатив, ПФКИ, региональные гранты), вести сопровождение проектов и отчётность. Взаимодействовать с Департаментом культуры Севастополя, образовательными организациями, творческими союзами и коллегами из других регионов. Вести отчётность по показателям эффективности работы центра и подведомственных учреждений, готовить аналитические справки для руководства и ведомства.

Опыт работы в музыкальных школах, детских школах искусств, музыкальных училищах или колледжах в качестве педагога, завуча, директора или концертмейстера. Опыт методической работы, организации концертов, конкурсов, фестивалей, отчётных мероприятий будет значительным преимуществом. Знание структуры и специфики работы детских музыкальных школ и школ искусств: учебные планы, ФГТ, предпрофессиональные и общеразвивающие программы, аттестация педагогов.
