1 ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА РАБОТ отделочник ткани 3 разряда Прием партии ткани в соответствии с данными паспорта: № партии, артикул, фирма, количество кусков, швов. Подготовка оборудования к пуску. Установка тележки с тканью на заправке. Сшивка ткани и заправка в машину. Ведение процесса отделки ткани: отбелка, крашение, обработка ткани химическими реагентами для придания определенных свойств, сушение, ширение, ворсование тканей в соответствии с установленным технологическим процессом на оборудовании отделочного производства. Регулирование подачи воды, давления пара, сжатого воздуха, красителей, химических растворов, температуры и влажности. Обеспечение качества ткани, необходимого натяжения. Контроль за процессом обработки ткани, предотвращение появления перекосов, загнутых кромок, вылетов, дыр и разрывов ткани по длине. Контроль за работой самоклада, качеством выходящей ткани и укладкой ее в тележку. Проверка отбеливания, крашения, отделки в соответствии с образцами, наворсованности, ширины, внешнего вида ткани. Выкладывание ткани с обнаруженными пороками на борт тележки. Роспуск швов на концевых кусках ткани. Оформление паспорта на ткань (№ машины, дата, количество проходов и свою подпись. Пометка в паспорте количества оборотов счетчика каждой тележки и подсчет метража по ним). Транспортировка ткани в установленное место. Ежемесячная чистка обслуживаемого оборудования и смазка трущихся поверхностей. Ежесменная уборка рабочего места. Еженедельная генеральная уборка рабочего места. Контроль за сохранностью ткани, поступающей на оборудование и выпущенной с оборудования. Должен знать: - устройство обслуживаемого оборудования и применяемых контрольно-измерительных приборов, правила эксплуатации, наладки и ухода за ним; - ассортимент и артикулы ткани, виды отделки, виды браков и способы их устранения; - технологические режимы обработки ткани; - требования, предъявляемые к качеству отделки ткани; - переодичность проведения чистки и смазки обслуживаемого оборудования;
