4.1. Прибыть на рабочее место за 15 минут до начала смены, принять рабочее место с имеющимся по описи оборудованием и служебной документацией. 4.2. Принимать по телефонным каналам связи обращения (звонки) граждан, в том числе и на иностранном языке. 4.3. Формировать речевой имидж, тексты, правильные формулировки. 4.4. Вносить поступившую информацию в компьютер; определять исполнителя для рассмотрения обращения, при необходимости переадресовывать звонки в соответствующие службы (рекомендовать обратиться в определенные инстанции). 4.5. Контролировать работу, связанную с решением вопросов по обращениям граждан, регулировать процесс переговоров и их результат, фиксируемый памятью и письмом. 4.6. Заполнять регистрационно–контрольную карточку с поручением и с последующей передачей информации старшему оператору. 4.7. Осуществлять сбор, обработку, обобщение и анализ поступившей информации.

Состав и функционирование комплекса средств автоматизации и специального программного обеспечения системы 112; состав, возможности, порядок функционирования комплекса средств связи, оповещения, средств автоматизации; Зоны территориальной ответственности служб экстренного реагирования, действующих на территории муниципального образования; Административно-территориальное деление, географические, климатические и природные особенности муниципального образования и субъекта Российской Федерации, а также другую информацию о городе и регионе.
