3.1. Осуществлять организацию административно-хозяйственной деятельности учреждения; 3.2. Руководить и контролировать работу технического и обслуживающего персонала; 3.3. Участвовать в подборе и расстановке кадров технического и обслуживающего персонала учреждения; 3.6. Составлять план по улучшению и развитию материально-технической базы учреждения на год с учетом финансовых средств, которые выделены на год; 3.7. Принимать на ответственное хранение в порядке, определенном законодательством Российской Федерации, товарно-материальные ценности и другое имущество учреждения; 3.8. Организовывать обеспечение административных кабинетов, мастерских, бытовых, хозяйственных и других помещений учреждения необходимой мебелью, оборудованием, инвентарем (в т. ч. хозяйственным), используемыми материалами и средствами, соответствующими требованиям правил и норм безопасности жизнедеятельности, стандартам безопасности труда, принимать меры по обеспечению сохранности, своевременному восстановлению и приобретению вышеперечисленных средств и предметов; 3.8.1. Организовывать ремонт, обслуживание и эксплуатацию систем электроснабжения, отопления, водоснабжения и канализации на объектах учреждения; 3.8.2. Обеспечивать выполнение строительных и отделочных работ в административных, бытовых и производственных помещениях; 3.8.3. Контроль за составлением и ведением нормативно-технической и отчетной документации;

Стаж работы на административно-хозяйственных или руководящих должностях не менее 5 лет.
