Участвовать в работе по разработке проекта бюджета муниципального округа на очередной финансовый год и плановый период. Принимать участие в формировании пакета документов и материалов, подлежащих представлению в Совет депутатов Новотроицкого муниципального округа Херсонской области. Изучать законодательные материалы, инструкции, письма и другие документы, касающиеся бюджета; осуществлять постоянный контроль за изменениями в бюджетном законодательстве Российской Федерации. Участвовать в разработке проектов организационно-распорядительных, методических и иных правовых документов по вопросам, отнесенным к компетенции отдела. Осуществлять анализ нормативных правовых актов Новотроицкого муниципального округа Херсонской области и подготовку предложений о внесении изменений в постановлениях по вопросам, входящим в компетенцию отдела. Осуществлять ведение сводной бюджетной росписи на текущий финансовый год и плановый период. Осуществлять ведение кассового плана на текущий финансовый год. Доводит уведомления о бюджетных ассигнованиях на очередной финансовый год и плановый период, лимиты бюджетных обязательств, уведомления об изменении бюджетных ассигнований до главных распорядителей бюджетных средств. Выполнять и предоставлять в установленные сроки отчеты и необходимую информацию в Министерство финансов и другие Министерства Херсонской области. Соблюдать правила делопроизводства, в том числе надлежащим образом учитывать и хранить полученные на исполнение документы и материалы, своевременно сдавать их ответственному за делопроизводство. Исполнять иные поручения вышестоящего руководителя в соответствии с функциональными обязанностями главного специалиста.
