Прием на впериод отопительного сезона в отдел документационного и хозяйственного обеспечения: 1. Булановское- 1,0 ставки, 2.1-Имангуловский -1,5 ставки, 3.Нижнегумбетовское 2 ставки, 4. Новоникитинское- 0,5 ставки, 6.Новотроицкое- 1,0 ставки. -Эксплуатация котлов; - Обслуживание котлов и мелкий ремонт помещение котельной; - Поддержание необходимой температуры в учреждении культуры; - Ведение журнала ежедневного учета расхода газа, подача показаний счетчика до 25 числа текущего месяца; - Предотвращает доступ посторонних лиц к газовому котлу, помещений котельной; - Несет ответственность за сохранность газового оборудования котлов, котельной и бесперебойной их работы; - Содержит в надлежащем техническом и санитарно-гигиеническом состоянии, отвечающем требованиям Правил безопасности систем газораспределения и газопотребления (ПБ 12-529-03) помещение котельной, следит за нормальной работой газовых приборов, дымоходов и вентиляции, проверяет тягу до включения и во время работы газовых приборов с отводом продуктов сгорания газа в дымоходе; - Периодически очищать карман дымохода; - В зимнее время не реже 1 раза в неделю проводить осмотр оголовков дымоходов с целью предотвращения обмерзания и закупорки дымоходов;
