1. Организация и проведение библиотечных культурно-досуговых мероприятий для детей и подростков Самарской области с их учетом возрастных особенностей; 2. Организация книжных выставок и экспозиций по тематическим направлениям в традиционном и цифровом форматах с целью раскрытия библиотечного фонда детской литературы и его коллекций; 3. Участие в информационно-библиотечном обслуживании читателей, осуществление индивидуальной, групповой и массовой работы с пользователями библиотеки детского возраста по привитию навыков чтения, развитию читательской культуры, медийно-информационной и цифровой грамотности; 4. Подготовка позитивного контента для сайта (раздела сайта) библиотеки, аккаунтов в социальных сетях с целью продвижения библиотечных ресурсов и услуг, популяризирующих детское чтение; 5. Участие в мероприятиях, направленных на повышение квалификации специалистов библиотек, обслуживающих детское население региона; 6. Разработка проектов и программ, направленных на улучшение библиотечно-информационного обслуживания лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья: специализированные пункты выдачи, надомный абонемент, почтовая рассылка документов; 7. Организация адаптированной системы информационной поддержки инвалидов пользователей библиотек по социально значимым вопросам совместно с органами социальной защиты, реабилитационными, образовательными центрами и общественными организациями; 8. Организация планирования, учета, мониторинга и анализа библиотечно-информационного обслуживания с целью оценки его результативности; 9. Проведение библиотечного мероприятия с целью удовлетворения информационных, образовательных, культурных, познавательных потребностей и интересов населения; 10. Ведение учета статистических показателей проведенного библиотечного культурно-просветительского, образовательного и событийного мероприятия, подготовка планово-отчетной документации в стационарном и дистанционном (удаленном) режимах; 11. Координация работы с писателями Самарской области; выявление местных и краеведческих изданий из документных потоков и массивов с целью формирования краеведческих библиотечно-информационных ресурсов библиотеки; 12. Создание в библиотеке краеведческих экспозиций, включающих издания, музейные предметы и/или копии архивных документов; 13. Анализ проблемной социокультурной ситуации, требующей разработки и реализации библиотечного проекта; 14. Разработка библиотечного проекта: определение цели и основных задач, выбор целевой аудитории, методов и сроков реализации, ожидаемых результатов, критериев эффективности; и т.д.

Высшее профильное образование. Стаж работы в должности не ниже ведущего библиотекаря не менее 3 лет. Знание детской литературы (в том числе современной). Знание основ детской психологии. Навык работы с детьми разных категорий, в том числе с детьми, находящимися в социально-опасном положении и детьми-инвалидами.
