Аппаратчик аппретирования обязан: 1. Принять от предыдущей смены оборудование в исправном состоянии, а рабочую зону в чистом виде. 2. Вести процесс аппретирования, стабилизации, сушки, ширения тканей на сушильно-ширильной машине согласно технологическим режимам; 3. Осуществлять правильную заправку ткани на сушильно-ширильной машине; 4. Приготавливать растворы аппрета согласно технологическим режимам; 5. Заполнять плюсовки аппретом и контролировать наличие аппрета в процессе работы; 6. Производить обработку ткани в точном соблюдении параметров технологических режимов скорости машины, температуры по камерам, давлению плюсовки, ширины ткани. 7. Контролировать качество ткани, поступившей на обработку. В случае обнаружения дефектов вызывать начальника смены и предъявлять ему некачественную продукцию. Решение о дальнейшей переработке принимает начальник смены. 8. Не допускать выпуск не качественной продукции образования заломов, вылетов, засечек, перекоса утка, невысушенной или нестабилизированной ткани, масляных пятен на ткани, пятен сажи, рваной кромки, двойного накола, загнутой кромки; 9. Контролировать показания контрольно-измерительных приборов на пульте управления, и, в случае, отклонения их показаний от требований технологического режима принимать меры к установлению соответствий требованиям технологического режима. 10.Следить за исправностью оборудования и, в случае поломки, вызывать начальника смены. На неисправном оборудовании работать запрещается; 11.Производить уборку рабочего места ежесменно; 12.Отбирать пробы для проверки равномерного отжима по ширине; 13.Сдать оборудование последующей смене в исправном состоянии, а рабочее место в чистом виде.

Аппаратчик аппретирования должен знать: 1. Устройство обслуживаемого оборудования, правила эксплуатации и ухода за ним. 2. Технологический процесс обработки выпускаемых тканей. 3. Правила заправки тканей. 4. Ассортимент изготавливаемой продукции и требования, предъявляемые к ее качеству; 5. Рецептуру применяемого рабочего раствора.
