The posting

Ищем владельца продукта для развития разделов «портфель» и «аналитика портфеля» в мобильном приложении «СберИнвестиции». Основные цели – объяснить клиенту в интерфейсе, что происходит с его портфелем в моменте, почему так и что с этим делать дальше. Показывать реальную картину доходности и подсказывать следующие шаги — от регулярных пополнений до ребаланса. Чем предстоит заниматься: разрабатывать vision продукта, формировать стратегию его развития и управлять ожиданиями заказчиков (постановка задач, балансировка ресурсов, синхронизация со стейкхолдерами, ведение протоколов, контроль исполнения) управлять бэклогом продукта, приоритизировать задачи на основе продуктовых метрик и гипотез анализировать опыт рынка, отзывы клиентов и данные воронок для поиска точек роста проектировать навигацию и дизайн интерфейсов совместно с командой исследователей и дизайнеров проверять продуктовые гипотезы с помощью качественных и количественных методов управлять agile-командами: готовить требования, участвовать в планировании спринтов и демо обеспечивать стабильность сервиса через оперативный разбор инцидентов и подготовку обучающих материалов для службы поддержки. Что для нас важно: опыт управления digital-продуктом от 5 лет опыт развития мобильного продукта опыт управления Agile-командой разработки от 10 человек (дизайн/разработка/аналитика/тестирование) в области мобильных приложений знание продуктовых метрик понимание предметной области фондового рынка (биржа, инструменты, торговля) навыки применения ИИ в профессиональной деятельности (например, Гигачат, Кандинский).
