Руководить подготовкой рабочего плана счетов, форм первичных документов и внутренней отчётности. Обеспечивать проведение инвентаризаций и оценку активов и обязательств. Организовывать ведение регистров учёта с использованием современных ИТ-решений. Контролировать своевременное и точное отражение операций на счетах, соблюдение порядка оформления первичных документов. Обеспечивать перечисление налогов, сборов, страховых взносов, платежей в банки. Контролировать расходование фонда оплаты труда и правильность расчётов по оплате труда. Участвовать в финансовом анализе, формировании налоговой политики, внутреннем аудите. Готовить предложения по улучшению финансовых результатов, устранению потерь. Обеспечивать соблюдение финансовой и кассовой дисциплины, смет расходов. Участвовать в оформлении материалов по недостачам, незаконному расходованию средств и контролировать передачу таких материалов в следственные или судебные органы. Обеспечивать сохранность бухгалтерских документов и их передачу в архив. Оказывать методическую помощь подразделениям по вопросам бухучёта и отчётности. Выполнять поручения главного бухгалтера в рамках должностных обязанностей. Участвовать в обсуждении проектов и решений руководства, касающихся его обязанностей. Подписывать документы в пределах компетенции. Вносить на рассмотрение предложения по улучшению работы бухгалтерии. Повышать квалификацию за счёт работодателя. Знакомиться с документами, где оценивается его деятельность, и давать обратную связь. Запрашивать и получать необходимые материалы и документы. В пределах компетенции сообщать руководителю о выявленных недостатках и вносить предложения по их устранению. Требовать от руководства содействия в исполнении обязанностей. По поручению руководителя временно исполнять обязанности главного бухгалтера. По поручению главного бухгалтера представлять организацию во внешних контактах.
