2.1. обеспечение эффективной деятельности отдела в реализации основных функций, установленных Положением об отделе; 2.2. хранить государственную и иную охраняемую законом тайну, а также не разглашать ставшие ему известными в связи с исполнением должностных обязанностей сведения, затрагивающие частную жизнь, честь и достоинство граждан; 2.3. осуществлять руководство отделом, разработка должностных инструкций работников отдела, обеспечивает соблюдение трудовой дисциплины сотрудниками отдела, осуществляет контроль за исполнением ими своих обязанностей, вносит предложения об их поощрении либо применения к ним мер дисциплинарного воздействия; 2.4. осуществление подготовки проектов постановлений, распоряжений Администрации Льговского района Курской области, других регламентирующих документов по вопросам, относящимся к компетенции отдела и контроль за их исполнением; 2.5. осуществление подготовки проектов решений Представительного Собрания Льговского района Курской области по вопросам, относящимся к компетенции отдела и осуществляет контроль за их исполнением; 2.6. организация и проведение в установленном порядке совещаний по вопросам, входящим в его компетенцию, с привлечением руководителей и специалистов других отделов Администрации Льговского района Курской области, а также предприятий, организаций и других работодателей независимо от форм собственности; 2.7. разрабатывает и согласовывает номенклатуру дел отдела; 2.8. обеспечивать, в пределах своих полномочий реализацию государственной политики в сфере ЖКХ, строительства и архитектуры на территории района; 2.9. анализировать тенденции развития перспективных направлений в области ЖКХ, строительстве и архитектуре, использовать их для рекомендаций и предложений по улучшению деятельности предприятий, организаций, учреждений всех форм собственности на территории района; 2.10. разрабатывать программы, по направлениям деятельности отдела, в целях улучшения социально-экономического развития района;

наличие высшего технического образования и не меннее 2-х лет работы по специальности, направлению, подготовке.
