- Руководство отделом электронной коммерции - Организация и сопровождение бизнес-процессов по направлению Е-ком (продукция медицинского назначения: барьерная контрацепциия, товары для женского здоровья, БАДы, косметика и другая продукция для здоровья). Маркетплейсы: маркетплейсах Ozon, Wildberries, Яндекс Маркет и фармацевтические электронные площадки. - Контроль работы команды Е-ком (5 человек) и подрядчиков - Формирование системы отчетности - Анализ ключевых показателей эффективности по направлениям Е-ком - Организация рекламной активности и настройка рекламных компаний в Е-ком - Организация трейд-маркетинга, расчет экономической эффективности участия в акциях - Организация работы с карточками товаров - Организация работы с ассортиментной матрицей в Е-ком - Организация логистики поставок товаров - Организация ценообразования на маркетплейсах - Организация работы с потребительским контентом: отзывами и вопросами на маркетплейсах

- Образование высшее (в области менеджмента, экономики, маркетинга). Возможно проф.переподготовка в области маркетинга - Опыт работы не менее 2-х лет на руководящих должностях в отделе электронной коммерции в компаниях, занимающихся реализацией товаров для здоровья и красоты (мед.изделия, FL., косметика, гигиена и т.п.) - Опыт руководства отделом электронной коммерции. - Подтвержденные успешные кейсы маркетинга и продаж продукции на маркетплейсах. - Глубокое понимание бизнес-процессов и технологий работы на маркетплейсах Ozon, Wildberries, Яндекс Маркет и т.п. - Опыт работы со всем функционалом личных кабинетов Ozon, Wildberries, Яндекс Маркет и т.п - Опыт и умение создавать систему отчетности по ключевым показателям Е-ком - Умение планировать маркетинговый бюджет в данном направлении - Глубокое понимание всех аналитических показателей эффективности в Е-ком (маркетинг, финансы, логистика, продажи). Умение работать с юнит-экономикой - Опыт реализации рекламных и трейд- маркетинговых компаний на маркетплейсах (Ozon, Wildberries) - Знание программы Excel (уровень advanced). 1C управление продажами и сервисами аналитики, Битрикс-24, ЭДО
