The posting

1. Организация процесса доставки товаров, сырья или готовой продукции в установленные сроки и с минимальными издержками. Контроль процессов транспортировки, хранения и распределение грузов; 2. Поиск, отбор и заключение договоров с транспортными компаниями, складскими операторами и другими контрагентами; 3. Проведение тендеров для международных транспортных поставщиков сырья (включая соединения изделий, заготовки, покрытия для обычных/опасных грузов, аксессуары для бурового инструмента и т. д.); 4. Планирование и прогнозирование грузовых перевозок, оптимизация маршрутов; 5. Ведение документации (договоры, товарно-транспортные накладные, таможенные декларации, счета-фактуры); 6. Мониторинг движения грузов и контроль их хранения на всех этапах логистической цепи; 7. Проведение экономических расчетов по логистическим операциям и их обоснование перед руководством; 8. Работа с претензиями, разрешение конфликтных ситуаций с партнерами; 9. Участие во взаимодействии с другими отделами предприятия (продажи, закупки, производство) для обеспечения бесперебойной работы.

Высшее образование ( Менеджмент, Торговое дело ); - Владение английским и китайским языками (уровень Advanced для английского, уровень HSK 5 6 для китайского). Уверенное владение на языках деловой и контрактной лексикой, умение вести переговоры, составлять и проверять документы; - Знание законодательства РФ и международные нормы, регулирующие грузоперевозки, таможенное оформление и внешнеэкономическую деятельность; - Знание принципов функционирования рынка транспортных услуг, правил оформления транспортной, складской и финансовой документации. - Знание специфики перевозок различными видами транспорта (автомобильный, железнодорожный, авиационный, морской); - Основы экономики, менеджмента и организации производства; - Знание офисных программ, уверенное пользование ПК. Личные качества: - Коммуникабельность, стрессоустойчивость, нацеленность на результат; - Ответственность, организованность, умение работать в команде; - Инициативность, способность к обучению и развитию; - Умение планировать и расставлять приоритеты, высокая самоорганизация.
