правовая экспертиза и разработка локальных нормативных актов организации (приказы, положения, регламенты, инструкции и т.д.) составление писем, ответов на запросы гос. органов, протоколов, служебных записок, требований, претензий, актов о недостатках, справок, заключений и иных документов подготовка доверенностей на работников организации консультирование работников организации по различным правовым вопросам и помощь в подготовке локальных документов обеспечение соблюдения законности в деятельности организации и защиту ее правовых интересов подготовка юридических заключений по различным вопросам хозяйственной деятельности организации подготовка документов для регистрации изменений в ЕГРЮЛ и в уставе организации ведение претензионно-исковой работы, включая участие в судебных заседаниях взаимодействие с государственными и муниципальными органами, общественными и иными организациями разработка предложений, связанных с новыми возможностями или угрозами, возникающими в связи с изменениями законодательства проведение юридической экспертизы и согласование документов оценка юридических рисков, возникающих в ходе деятельности компании и выработка соответствующих рекомендаций по их минимизации и исключению

высшее юридическое образованиезнание гражданского права, права интеллектуальной собственности, позиций и разъяснений контрольно-надзорных органов, земельное право, договорное правоуверенное знание законодательства опыт работы в НКО (АНО, Фонд, НП, ГБУ), органах государственной власти (предпочтительно) опыт взаимодействия с государственными органами (Роскомнадзор, Минюст, ФАС России, Правительство Москвы, Департамент имущества г. Москвы и т.д.) опыт судебно-претензионной работы, взаимодействия с государственными органами
