Осуществляет непосредственное руководство деятельность врачебной амбулатории и приписных ФАПов Разрабатывает и представляет на утверждение главному врачу практические предложения по развитию врачебной амбулатории, ФАПов, укомплектованность их мед. оборудованием, инструментарием, санитарным транспортом и т.п. Обеспечивает надлежащую расстановку медицинских кадров и организацию труда, а также проведение мероприятий по плану повышению квалификации врачебного, среднего и младшего медицинского персонала врачебной амбулатории, ФАПов. Решает вопросы совместительства, заместительства и внутреннего трудоустройства подчиненного персонала. Представляет для утверждения главного врача смету расходов на предстоящий капитальный или текущий ремонт помещений. Контролирует правильность и своевременность составления старшей медицинской сестрой врачебной амбулатории требований в аптеку на медикаменты, перевязочный материал, медицинский инвентарь и заверяет их своей подписью. Проверяет обоснованность и правильность выписки и продление листков нетрудоспособности, правильность и своевременность направления больных на врачебную комиссию. анализирует показатели деятельности, врачебной амбулатории за квартал и за год. Осуществляет контроль за правильностью ведения медицинской документации в врачебной амбулатории. Своевременно доводит до сведения подчиненных сотрудников в части, их касающейся, приказы и распоряжения руководства (администрации) учреждения, а также методические рекомендации и другие официальные документы.
