1)Содействовать в организации безопасной среды, адаптированной к потребностям получателей социальных услуг (далее-ПСУ), нуждающихся в уходе; 2)Оказывать помощь при передвижении ПСУ, нуждающихся в постороннем уходе, с использованием технических, специальных и подручных средств; 3)Осуществлять позиционирование, подъем, повороты и перемещения ПСУ, нуждающихся в уходе, в постели; 4)Проводить смену нательного белья ПСУ, нуждающимся в уходе, оказание помощи при смене одежды; 5)Оказывать помощь в проведении и (или) проведение ежедневных процедур личной гигиены ПСУ, нуждающимся в уходе; 6)Оказывать помощь в принятии душа и (или) ванны; 7)Проводить наблюдения за самочувствием ПСУ, нуждающихся в уходе, в повседневной деятельности, во время процедур ухода, информирование родственников (законного представителя); 8)Обеспечивать личную и общественную инфекционную безопасность при оказании услуг по уходу за ПСУ, нуждающимися в уходе; 9)Обеспечивать гигиену питания ПСУ, нуждающихся в уходе; 10)Осуществлять доставку блюд в соответствии с назначенным лечебным питанием; 11)Обеспечивать подготовку ПСУ, нуждающегося в постороннем уходе, к приему пищи за столом, накрывание стола; 12)Обеспечивать подготовку пищи и прикроватного столика для проведения кормления ПСУ, нуждающегося в уходе; 13)Оказывать помощь в приеме пищи или проведение кормления в постели ПСУ, нуждающегося в уходе; 14)Оказывать содействия ПСУ, нуждающимся в уходе, в ведении здорового образа жизни; 15)Осуществлять выполнение простых процедур общего ухода по назначению врача; 16)Осуществлять регистрацию мероприятий, связанных с уходом, изменений состояния и ответной реакции ПСУ, нуждающегося в уходе; 17)Вызывать врача при непредвиденном ухудшении состояния ПСУ, нуждающегося в уходе; 18)Оказывать содействие посильной трудовой деятельности, значимой для ПСУ, нуждающегося в уходе; 19)Сопровождать ПСУ, нуждающегося в уходе, за пределами учреждения, на прогулках; 20)Поддерживать санитарное состояния жилого помещения, соблюдение санитарных норм в повседневной жизнедеятельности ПСУ, нуждающегося в уходе; 21)Содержать в чистоте и порядке одежду и белье ПСУ, нуждающегося в уходе.
