1. Организационно-управленческие функции Организация работы среднего и младшего медицинского персонала ФАПа, рациональная расстановка кадров, контроль за выполнением ими своих должностных обязанностей. Планирование деятельности медицинского персонала, утверждение целевых показателей их работы, организация мероприятий по отбору, адаптации и профессиональному развитию сотрудников. Планирование и обеспечение деятельности пункта необходимыми материальными ресурсами, включая медикаменты, медицинские изделия и расходные материалы. Контроль за их учетом, хранением и применением. Ведение, учет и хранение медицинской и административно-хозяйственной документации, в том числе в электронном виде. Разработка проектов внутренних нормативных документов для структурного подразделения. 2. Лечебно-профилактическая деятельность Организация медицинской помощи: Обеспечение и организация процессов оказания доврачебной медицинской помощи прикрепленному населению. Самостоятельный прием пациентов, диагностика типичных случаев заболеваний и назначение лечения в рамках своей компетенции. Организация и проведение диспансерного наблюдения за различными группами населения, патронаж беременных и новорожденных. Организация проведения профилактических прививок детям и взрослым. Проведение противоэпидемических и санитарно-противоэпидемических мероприятий по предупреждению инфекционных заболеваний. Обеспечение соблюдения лечебно-охранительного режима, правил асептики и антисептики, создание условий для дезинфекции, стерилизации медицинских изделий и качественной уборки помещений. Создание условий для качественного сбора, хранения и транспортировки биологического материала для лабораторных исследований. 3. Экстренная помощь и безопасность Оказание неотложной медицинской помощи при внезапных острых состояниях, обострениях хронических заболеваний, травмах. Распознавание состояний, угрожающих жизни, и проведение базовой сердечно-легочной реанимации до прибытия врачебной бригады. Обеспечение безопасных условий труда для медицинского персонала, организация профилактики производственного травматизма и профессиональных заболеваний.
