Организация выполнения мероприятий повседневной деятельности дежурным подразделением спасателей в соответствии с правилами внутреннего трудового распорядка Организация работ по проверке работоспособности и техническому обслуживанию аварийно-спасательных средств, закрепленных за дежурным подразделением АСФ Проведение занятий по профессиональной подготовке с личным составом подразделения АСФ Организация сохранности имущества, пожарной безопасности помещений и территорий, закрепленных за дежурным подразделением Контроль соблюдения требований охраны труда личным составом подразделения АСФ Контролировать проведение технического обслуживания аварийно-спасательных средств, закрепленных за подразделением АСФ Пользоваться средствами проверки (контрольно-измерительными приборами и приспособлениями) аварийно-спасательных средств, находящихся на оснащении АСФ Обеспечивать постоянную готовность подразделения к действиям по сигналу "Тревога" Составлять и вести документацию подразделения АСФ Проверять работоспособность и техническое состояние аварийно-спасательных средств, находящихся на оснащении АСФ Разрабатывать и вести планирующую и учетную документацию по профессиональной подготовке Демонстрировать и контролировать выполнение приемов и методов ведения аварийно-спасательных работ Организовывать обеспечение сохранности имущества, чистоты и порядка в помещениях и на территории в месте дислокации АСФ Организовывать мероприятия по соблюдению требований охраны труда Организация и контроль мероприятий по профессиональной подготовке и обучению личного состава АСФ Организация соблюдения требований охраны труда и трудового законодательства Российской Федерации личным составом АСФ Организация и контроль соблюдения обязательных требований, предъявляемых при аттестации спасателей и АСФ Организация и контроль мероприятий по поддержанию постоянной готовности сил и средств АСФ (АСС) к проведению аварийно-спасательных и других неотложных работ Определять потребность в материально-техническом обеспечении деятельности АСФ Разрабатывать планирующие документы и локальные нормативные акты, регламентирующие деятельность АСФ Организовывать прохождение медицинских осмотров и психиатрических освидетельствований личным составом АСФ Оценивать состояние и готовность АСФ к выполнению задач по предназначению Осуществлять контроль выполнения планов мероприятий, требований нормативных правовых актов, регламентирующих деятельность АСФ

Прохождение обязательных предварительных и периодических медицинских осмотров Прохождение обучения мерам пожарной безопасности Прохождение обучения по охране труда и проверки знания требований охраны труда К работе допускаются лица не моложе 18 лет Наличие статуса спасателя Для должностных лиц профессиональных АСФ - прохождение аттестации на право осуществления руководства ликвидацией чрезвычайной ситуации
