Осуществлять сбыт продукции предприятия, её поставку потребителям, выполняет работу по обеспечению заказами на выпускаемую предприятием продукцию, подготовке и заключению договоров на поставку продукции потребителям, составляет заявки, сводные ведомости заказов и номенклатурные планы поставок продукции. Принимать и вести учет заказов и спецификаций, представляемых потребителями (Покупателями), проверять соответствие объёмов и номенклатуры заказываемой продукции планам производства, а также договорам, техническим условиям и другим нормативным документам. Участвовать в контроле выполнения подразделениями предприятия заказов, соблюдением сроков поставок, номенклатуры, комплектности и качества реализуемой продукции в соответствии с договорными обязательствами. Принимать меры по обеспечению своевременного поступления денежных средств за реализованную продукцию. Оформлять и представлять необходимые справки, расчеты, обоснования и другие материалы для оформления договоров с заказчиками и материалов на поступившие претензии потребителей. Согласовывать с потребителями соответствующие изменения по номенклатуре, объёмам, сортаменту, техническим требованиям при выполнении конкретных заказов и договорных обязательств. Вести оперативный учет отгрузки продукции, выполнения договоров и заказов, учёт остатков готовой продукции на складе. Участвовать в оформлении отчетной документации по реализации продукции по действующим формам статистической отчетности. Осуществлять контроль за ходом выполнения заказов и договорных обязательств и требует их выполнения производственными подразделениями. Участвовать в выполнении плана реализации продукции. Участвовать в оформлении документов для предъявления штрафных санкций к потребителям, не выполняющим договорные обязательства. Участвовать в подготовке прогнозов, проектов перспективных и текущих планов производства и реализации продукции, в проведении маркетинговых исследований по изучению спроса на продукцию предприятия, перспектив развития рынков сбыта. Согласовывать условия поставки продукции потребителю. Участвовать в оформлении сбытовой документации и в обеспечении возврата оригиналов сбытовой документации (договор, приложения к договору, транспортные накладные, товарные накладные). Участвовать в организации выставок, ярмарок, выставок-продаж и других мероприятий по рекламе продукции.

На должность специалиста по продажам назначается лицо, имеющее среднее (высшее) профессиональное (экономическое или инженерно-техническое) образование, дополнительную подготовку в области теории и практики менеджмента и стаж работы по специальности не менее 2 лет.
