- Осуществление руководства технической эксплуатации, бесперебойной работы сооружений и сетей водоснабжения и водоотведения. -Разработка планов и графиков проведения работ по техническому обслуживанию, текущему и капитальному ремонту оборудования, сетей и сооружений водоснабжения и водоотведения, а также работ по подготовке сетей и сооружений водоснабжения и водоотведения к осенне-зимнему и весенне-летнему периоду. -Осуществление технического надзора за строительством новых и проведением работ по текущему и капитальному ремонту сооружений и сетей водоснабжения и водоотведения. - Организовать правильное ведение технологических процессов в соответствии с требованиями охраны труда. Обеспечивать внедрение новейших достижений науки, техники, совершенствования механизмов, приспособлений с целью обеспечения безопасности работ, снижение профзаболеваний, предупреждения загрязнения окружающей среды, облегчения условий труда. - Контроль за наличием и правильностью ведения технической, технологической и другой рабочей документации. - Контролировать поддержание должного санитарного состояния сооружений и сетей водоснабжения и водоотведения, и санитарно-защитных зон вокруг них. - Согласование с уполномоченными организациями производства земляных работ на сооружениях и сетях водоснабжения и водоотведения. - Контролировать качество выполнения работ по техническому обслуживанию и ремонту оборудования, систем, сетей и сооружений водоснабжения и водоотведения. - Контроль условий и режимов работы технологического и вспомогательного оборудования, влияющих на технологию и качество водоподготовки питьевой воды и очистку сточных вод.
