Осуществление технического надзора и приемка выполненных работ по содержанию, ремонту, капитальному ремонту, реконструкции, строительству в отношении региональных автомобильных дорог. Сбор и актуализация информации о состоянии автомобильных дорог.

Работник должен иметь высшее образование (желательно по специальностям (направлениям подготовки), относящимся к укрупненным группам специальностей (направлений подготовки) Техника и технологии или Инженерное дело, технологии и технические науки ), опыт работы на инженерно-технических должностях (должностях специалистов) в дорожной или строительной отрасли, или по направлению деятельности приветствуется или среднее профессиональное образование по соответствующим специальностям (направлениям подготовки) и опыт работы в строительной (дорожной) отрасли не менее 2 лет. Работник должен знать: нормативные правовые акты, нормативные технические и методические документы по вопросам использования автомобильных дорог и осуществления дорожной деятельности, диагностики автомобильных дорог и дорожных сооружений; - технологию производства дорожных работ; - порядок ведения учетной и отчетной документации о выполнении дорожных работ (исполнительной документации); - порядок приемки работ, выполненных в отношении автомобильных дорог; - методы контроля качества выполнения дорожных работ; - строительные материалы и конструкции, используемые при производстве дорожных работ; - порядок составления, оформления проектно-сметной документации и другой технической документации; - обязанности подрядчика, а также порядок приемки и контроля выполняемых работ подрядчиками, предусмотренные условиями государственных контрактов на содержание, ремонт, капитальный ремонт, реконструкцию и строительство автомобильных дорог, заключенных Учреждением; - возможности и особенности применения современных информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Работник должен уметь: - осуществлять технический надзор и приемку выполненных работ по содержанию, ремонту, капитальному ремонту, реконструкции, строительству на региональных автомобильных дорогах; - осуществлять сбор и актуализировать информацию о состоянии автомобильных дорог.
