А. Оказание психотерапевтической помощи Оказывает квалифицированную медицинскую (психотерапевтическую) помощь пациентам с использованием современных, разрешенных методов профилактики, диагностики, лечения и реабилитации. Проводит психотерапевтическую помощь пациентам как в стационаре, так и на дому. Помогает пациентам в выражении тяжелых чувств, таких как отчаяние, страх, изоляция. Использует специальные психотерапевтические приемы, например, беседы о возможности личностного роста в оставшееся время. Б. Психологическая поддержка семьи Оказывает психологическую поддержку родственникам пациента. Помогает семье в выражении собственных чувств и в понимании причин негативных реакций пациента. Поддерживает всех членов семьи, включая сиблингов (братьев/сестер) и пожилых родственников. Информирует пациента и его родственников о диагнозе и прогнозе в доступной форме, строго соблюдая этические и моральные нормы. Способствует построению честных, доверительных отношений внутри семьи. В. Работа с неотложными состояниями Выполняет мероприятия по лечению неотложных состояний при оказании паллиативной медицинской помощи. Выявляет клинические проявления состояний, представляющих угрозу для жизни пациента. Оказывает медицинскую помощь в экстренной форме при состояниях, угрожающих жизни. Г. Консультативная и организационная работа Оказывает консультативную и организационно-методическую помощь врачам-специалистам по вопросам оказания паллиативной помощи. Координирует взаимодействие с другими специалистами мультидисциплинарной команды (онколог, невролог, психолог, социальный работник и др.). Обучает пациента, его законных представителей и родственников мероприятиям по уходу. Ведет медицинскую документацию в установленном порядке.

Высшее медицинское образование. Нужно окончить специалитет по одной из специальностей: Лечебное дело или Педиатрия Послевузовская подготовка или специализация. После вуза необходимо пройти подготовку в ординатуре (или интернатуре) именно по специальности Психиатрия .П овышение квалификации. В течение всей карьеры врач обязан регулярно проходить курсы не реже одного раза в 5 лет. Это нужно, чтобы поддерживать актуальный уровень знаний и осваивать новые методы диагностики и лечения.
