проверять оформление перевозочных документов и документы пассажиров, удостоверяющих личность; информировать пассажиров о правилах и условиях воздушной перевозки; производить регистрацию пассажиров и багажа; проверять багаж и ручную кладь на соответствие требованиям правил воздушной перевозки; принимать груз, почту и другие материальные ценности, находящиеся на хранении и проверять соответствие фактического наличия мест записями в журнале на выдачу груза и почты грузополучателю; при отправке груза оформлять перевозочные документы с ведением учета приема, отправления грузов и багажа; подготавливать сведения о наличии почты и грузов предъявляемых для перевозки ВТ, вести реестр отчетов на перевозку почты и грузов; в случае необходимости принимать оплату за обслуживание в бизнес зале при наличии свободных мест и по окончанию смены сдавать денежные средства в кассу; вести учет пассажиров и отдельный учет оплаты в случае использования терминала оплаты по банковским картам за обслуживание в бизнес и ВИП зале и т.д.
