Контроль над организацией техники безопасности по филиалу. Разрабатывание должностных инструкций на вновь принимаемых сотрудников филиала. Составление плана задания и квартальных отчетов о работе филиала в Госкомиссию для премирования работников филиала. Разработка планов сортоиспытания на следующий год. Контроль над поступлением отчетов о выполнении планов сортоиспытания. Работа с архивами (Подготовка документов для сдачи в архив). Составление отчетности в вышестоящую организацию, подготовка документов к годовому отчету. Подготовка материалов к выпуску брошюры по Итогам сортоиспытания за год . Координация действий госсортоучастков по набору сортов (переброска семенного материла с одного госсортоучастка на другой). Расчет нагрузки на работников госсортоучастков. Обеспечение филиала и госсортоучастков необходимыми расходными материалами и бланками отчетности. Посещение госсортоучастков в период вегетации сельскохозяйственных культур с последующим составлением актов посещения. Оказание методической помощи специалистам госсортоучастков по проведению комплекса мероприятий по испытанию сортов сельскохозяйственных культур. Анализ результатов сортоиспытания согласно методических указаний по культурам и выход с предложениями о дальнейшей судьбе сорта (снятие с сортоиспытания, включение и исключение из Госреестра, расширение зоны возделывания сорта и т.д.).

Конституцию Российской Федерации; - Законы Российской Федерации, постановления и решения Правительства Российской Федерации по вопросам деятельности отрасли; постановления, распоряжения, приказы, другие руководящие и нормативные документы вышестоящих и других органов, касающиеся деятельности филиала; профиль, специализацию и особенности структуры филиала; перспективы технического, экономического и социального развития филиала; возможности производственных мощностей филиала; методы хозяствования и управления; - порядок заключения и исполнения договоров; основы экономики, организации труда и управления, системы оплаты труда; законодательство о труде и охране труда Российской Федерации; правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты. методику государственного сортоиспытания сельскохозяйственных культур; технологию сельскохозяйственного производства и передовой сельскохозяйственный опыт; основы земельного законодательства; правила внутреннего трудового распорядка; правила эксплуатации персональных компьютеров, оргтехники.
