4.1.Осуществляет руководство работой по хозяйственному обслуживанию филиала ГАУ РД МФЦ в РД . 4.2.Обеспечивает сохранность хозяйственного инвентаря, его восстановление и пополнение, а также соблюдение чистоты в помещениях и на прилегающей территории. 4.3.Следит за состоянием помещений и принимает меры по своевременному их ремонту. 4.4.Обеспечивает работников канцелярскими принадлежностями и предметами хозяйственного обихода. 4.5.Руководит работой обслуживающего персонала. 4.6. Выполняет отдельные служебные поручения руководства, не противоречащие трудовому и иному законодательству. 4.7. Выполнять поручения в указанные сроки, докладывать о выполнении либо о причинах, препятствующих выполнению, руководству.

2.2. Заведующий хозяйством должен знать: - законодательные и нормативные правовые акты, методические материалы по материально-техническому обеспечению предприятия; - рыночные методы ведения хозяйствования; - перспективы развития учреждения; - методы и порядок перспективного и текущего планирования материально-технического обеспечения, разработки нормативов производственных запасов сырья, материалов и других материальных ресурсов, проведения работ по ресурсосбережению; - организацию материально-технического обеспечения и складского хозяйства; - порядок заключения договоров с поставщиками и контроля за их выполнением, оформления документации на отпуск материалов подразделениям предприятия; - стандарты и технические условия по материально-техническому обеспечению качества продукции, методы и порядок их разработки; - оптовые и розничные цены, номенклатуру потребляемых материалов; - основы технологии, организации производства, труда и управления; - организацию учета снабженческих и складских операций и порядок составления отчетности о выполнении плана материально-технического обеспечения; - основы трудового законодательства; - средства вычислительной техники, телекоммуникаций и связи; - правила и нормы охраны труда. 2.3.Заведующий хозяйством руководствуется в своей деятельности: - законодательными актами РФ; - Уставом учреждения, Правилами внутреннего трудового распорядка, другими нормативными актами; - приказами и распоряжениями руководства; - настоящим должностным регламентом. 2.4. Наличие профессиональных навыков и умений, необходимых для эффективного выполнения должностных обязанностей: - навыки планирования и рациональной организации материально-технических ресурсов; - уверенное пользование с персональным компьютером на уровне пользователя (работа с тестовыми редакторами, электронными таблицами). 2.5.Наличие специальных профессиональных навыков включая: - навыки работать с большим объемом информации, быстро переключаться с одного материала на другой. 2.6. Требуемый уровень профессиональных знаний в соответствующей сфере: - высокий уровень знаний, позволяющий эффективно выполнять функциональные обязанности.
