Разрабатывает или принимает участие в разработке внутренних документов правового характера в архиве, Проводит правовую экспертизу проектов приказов, издаваемых архивом. Принимает участие в работе по заключению хозяйственных договоров (контрактов), подготовке заключений об их юридической обоснованности, производит их визирование и ведет их учет в специальном журнале. Готовит проекты доверенностей на представительство от имени архива, ведет их регистрацию и журнальный учет выдачи, а также хранение их копий. Проводит работу по правовой пропаганде, ознакомлению должностных лиц архива с нормативными актами, относящимися к их деятельности, и об изменениях в действующем законодательстве. Ведет заполнение журналов по учету документов, находящихся в отделе (договоров, претензий и исков, рассматриваемых судами общей и специальной юрисдикции). Юрисконсульт 1 категории в рамках Федерального закона от 05.04.2013 № 44-ФЗ О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд: Осуществляет сбор данных о потребностях, ценах на товары, работы, услуги. Участвует в подготовке ежемесячной, ежеквартальной, годовой отчетности в соответствии с действующим законодательством в сфере государственных закупок.

Знать и уметь применять на практике: - законы и иные нормативные правовые акты Российской Федерации, Нижегородской области, городского округа город Дзержинск, регламентирующие отношения в сфере архивного дела; - нормативные и методические документы, касающиеся деятельности архива; - организационно-распорядительные и другие документы архива, иные нормативные акты и служебные документы, регулирующие соответствующую сферу деятельности применительно к исполнению конкретных должностных обязанностей; - нормативные правовые акты и нормативно-методические документы, государственные стандарты, определяющие порядок документационного обеспечения деятельности учреждения; - структуру учреждения, руководство структурных подразделений; - современные информационные технологии работы с документами; - порядок работы с документами; - схемы документооборота; - правила работы с входящими, исходящими и внутренними документами.
