Федеральная сеть магазинов из 29 филиалов в трёх городах РФ. Высшее профильное образование или обучение в HR, психологии, управлении. Уверенная работа с ПК, Word, Excel / таблицами, почтой, мессенджерами, видеосвязью и сайтами вакансий. Практический опыт массового подбора линейного персонала. Функциональные обязанности • Полный цикл рекрутинга розничного персонала: от размещения вакансий и проведения интервью (телефонных и очных в Новосибирске) до проверки кандидатов в СБ, организации адаптационного дня и кураторства на стажировке. • Адаптация сотрудников: участие в онбординге новичков, контроль их интеграции в коллектив и адаптации к рабочим процессам компании. • Аналитика и отчетность: ведение базы данных кандидатов, сбор и анализ метрик подбора, контроль укомплектованности. • Участие в HR-проектах (развитие бренда работодателя, оптимизация и автоматизация процессов). • Вести базу, статусы и следующие действия, формировать резерв. • Анализировать конверсии, отказы, невыходы, уход со стажировки, эффективность и стоимость источников. • В новых городах изучать рынок и конкурентов, находить локальные каналы, согласовывать бюджет, запускать тесты и прогнозировать воронку. Условия по заработной плате: Размер оклада, премии (ежемесячные, размер зависит от количества закрытых вакансий) и формула начисления согласовываются индивидуально. Пятидневная рабочая неделя, 09:00–18:00. Офис в Новосибирске, ул. Галущака
