График и условия работы Вахтовый метод: длительность вахты и межвахтового отдыха обсуждается индивидуально. Разъездной характер работы: объекты расположены на нефтяных месторождениях. Полная занятость, оформление по ТК РФ. Рабочий день 11 часов. Обязанности Организация и контроль дорожных работ на участке. Руководство бригадой рабочих, распределение задач. Контроль соблюдения технологий и сроков строительства. Ведение технической документации, отчетность. Обеспечение техники безопасности и охраны труда. Взаимодействие с подрядчиками и поставщиками. Решение оперативных вопросов на объекте. Требования: Опыт работы мастером дорожного участка или начальником смены от 1 года. Знание технологий дорожного строительства. Умение руководить коллективом и организовывать рабочий процесс. Навыки ведения технической документации. Ответственность, самостоятельность, стрессоустойчивость.
