Вакансия компании: ООО "ФАСТРАНС" Транспортная компания, специализирующаяся на регулярной доставке сборных грузов по всей России, приглашает в команду Менеджера клиентского отдела. Мы объединяем грузы сотен отправителей в единые рейсы и ищем специалиста, который обеспечит клиентам безупречный сервис и точные расчеты. У нас нет индивидуальных рейсов (отдельных машин), мы работаем строго в сегменте LTL. Условия: Стабильная работа в компании с четко отлаженными логистическими процессами. Конкурентная заработная плата с своевременными выплатами, уровень дохода обсуждается индивидуально на собеседовании. График работы: 5/2. Дежурные субботы: всего 1–2 раза в месяц (по графику). Официальное оформление, комфортный офис, дружная команда. Обязанности: Ведение и поддержка клиентов: оперативное консультирование по срокам, тарифам и статусу нахождения сборного груза в пути. Расчет стоимости сборных перевозок: оперативный и точный просчет тарифов на доставку LTL по России. Обработка входящего трафика: прием и квалификация входящих звонков, быстрая обработка запросов с электронной почты компании. Развитие действующей базы: плановый обзвон текущих клиентов для выявления новых объемов. Реанимация клиентской базы: системный обзвон ушедших клиентов, выяснение причин паузы в работе. Требования: Опыт работы в транспортной логистике в сегменте сборных грузов / LTL. Понимание сетки тарифов, принципов консолидации и географии перевозок по РФ. Отличные коммуникативные навыки: грамотная речь и умение вести телефонные переговоры. Высокая скорость работы и внимательность к деталям при расчете стоимости.
