высшее или среднее специальное (сельскохозяйственное, медицинское) образование и стаж работы в должности техника-лаборанта II категории не менее 2 лет, выполнение под руководством технолога работы по производству продукции в соответствии с направлением деятельности подразделения, контроль исправности установок, приборов, инструмента и другого лабораторного оборудования, выполнение простой регулировки и наладки, согласно инструкциям по эксплуатации и другой технической документации, подготовка помещения лаборатории, оборудования к проведению соответствующих работ, их проверка и регулировка, ежедневная уборка вверенных производственных участков: приготовление различных моющих и дезинфицирующих растворов для мойки полов, стен, окон и потолков, транспортировка отходов и мусора из производственных помещений в установленное место, получение моющих средств, инвентаря и обтирочного материала, по окончании работ мойка и высушивание инвентаря и установка его в специально отведенное для него место, техническую помощь технологу при выполнении научно-производственных работ. Выполнение необходимых подготовительных и вспомогательных операций, при необходимости проведение наблюдения, снимание показания приборов, ведение рабочих журналов, строгое соблюдение правил техники безопасности на рабочем месте и при работе с приборами и иными техническими средствами и материалами, выполнение отдельных служебных поручений технолога подразделения.

знание основ технологии производства: свойств применяемых реактивов и требования к ним, технологический процесс приготовления питательных сред, правила работы в стерильных условиях, контрольно-измерительную аппаратуру и правила пользования ею, знание технических характеристик, конструктивных особенностей, назначение, принципы работы и правила эксплуатации используемого оборудования, методы осмотра и обнаружения его дефектов, знание требований производственной санитарии, знание назначения и концентрации дезинфицирующих и моющих средств, правил уборки, знание основ трудового законодательства.
